General Return Guidelines
Returns are accepted within 7–14 days of delivery (depending on location).
Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
All returns must include original packaging, tags, accessories, and protective covers.

Eligible Reasons for Return
You can request a return if:
You received the wrong product, size, or color.
The item arrived damaged or defective.
The product does not meet your expectations (as long as it remains unused and in original condition).

Get Approval & Instructions
Our customer support team will review your request and provide a return address.
Prepare the Package
Pack the item securely in original Crafty Cuire packaging with all accessories.
Ship the Product Back
Send the product using a trusted courier service.
For defective or incorrect items, Crafty Cuire covers the shipping. Otherwise, the customer pays return shipping.
Inspection & Confirmation
Once received, our quality team inspects the item to confirm eligibility.
Refund or Exchange Processed
After approval, your refund or exchange request will be completed.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued fairly and quickly after a successful return.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, or bank account).
Refund processing usually takes 7–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
If payment was made through Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds may be issued as store credit or via bank transfer.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a wrong or defective product.
Customers will be notified by email once their refund has been processed.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for customers who prefer another product, size, or color.
Exchange requests must be made within the same return window (7–14 days).
If the exchanged product is more expensive, customers must pay the price difference.
For exchanges of lesser value, the balance may be given as store credit.
Exchanges are processed only after the original item has been inspected and approved.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
We take full responsibility if:
The product was damaged during shipping, or
You received the wrong product.
In such cases:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund, and Crafty Cuire will cover the return shipping.

Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Customized or personalized leather goods (engraved or monogrammed).
Clearance sale or discounted items marked Final Sale.
Gift cards and promotional vouchers.
